Your duties

• In-class and online teaching in both German and English in the fields of Financial & Management Accounting
• Academic supervision of scholarly papers, theses, and student projects
• Research and publication activities
• Design and implementation of practical projects
• Active involvement in the development of both study and further-education offers
• Maintaining and developing contacts to industry and expanding our cooperation network

Your profile

• Relevant doctorate or comparable academic qualification
• Teaching, research and professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
• Knowledge of national and international accounting and controlling
• High affinity to digital topics and tools such as Business Intelligence, Big Data & Analytics
• International orientation and strong didactic and communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Pleasure in dealing with students and enthusiasm for teaching and research
• Ability to work within a team and with a customer, service and result orientation

• Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer a total annual gross salary of at least € 48,000 (for the position of a professor at least € 60,000).
• The awarding of a professorship is independent of the conclusion of a contract of employment and is subject to an expert procedure. Corresponding evidence in the fields of teaching, research and practice is also required.
