Description of the research activity:

The position will contribute to the strengthening of teaching within the LM Public Policy and Innovative Governance and the Master's degree programme in European Public Administration for the New Generations and will contribute to the achievement of the research objectives of the research macro-area Law, Economics and Institutions. The research activity will consist in reconstructing and deepening the regulatory principles on participation and co-administration in the European, national, regional/provincial and local legal domains in general and with reference to certain sectors (e.g. environment, social, public spaces).
