Description of the research activity:

The advertised position is integrated into the research topics of the Faculty of Economics and Management in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. The Faculty expects the successful candidate to make a significant contribution to research in entrepreneurship, in particular on individual characteristics that lead to the recognition and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities, the prerequisites for the adoption of digital innovations by individuals and organizations, and leadership with charisma and entrepreneurial vision. Under the direction of the supervisor, he/she will act as an academic expert within the Entrepreneurship and Innovation research group in the above-mentioned areas. The submission of at least one article per contract year for publication in a scientific journal in the advertised field is expected.
