As part of the Mocodev (Model of Cortical Development) project, which aims to implement a new model of human cortical development, we are recruiting a Post-doctoral researcher in diffusion neuroimaging within our Data Science Department (DSD).
Under the functional supervision of Professor François Rousseau at IMT Atlantique and in collaboration with project members (particularly Guillaume Auzias, CNRS, INT Marseille), your primary missions will be to design and develop new approaches for the reconstruction of fetal diffusion MRI data. You will also be responsible for implementing and validating reconstruction algorithms while studying the geometry of fiber bundles and "sulcal pits."

✔️ You possess solid skills in medical image processing, machine learning, and multidimensional data analysis.
✔️ You have experience in MRI analysis (diffusion, tractography, segmentation) and scientific software development under Linux (Git, high-performance computing).
✔️ You demonstrate autonomy and scientific rigor in managing your projects. Your sense of initiative allows you to propose innovative solutions within an interdisciplinary consortium, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
🇬🇧 You have a high level of proficiency in scientific English, both written and spoken.
🎓 Candidates must hold a PhD in image processing, computer science, AI, or neuroimaging, obtained within the last 3 years.

REMUNERATION :
💰 Indicative salary: €35,800 gross per year, depending on profile and experience (reduced employee social security contributions in the public sector).
