Job description
The full-time Academic Position in Urban Law and the Socio-Ecological Transition is shared by the ULB's Faculty of Law and Criminology and Faculty of Architecture. The aim is to recruit a teacher and researcher specialising in urban planning and environmental law, with a focus on the role of cities in the socio-ecological transition.
In addition to teaching in the two faculties, on 4 different campuses (Mons, Charleroi, Brussels and the UC Louvain - Saint-Louis Brussels site), the successful candidate will be required to carry out research into environmental law and town planning law, particularly in the context of the socio-ecological transition of cities. This research could include, for example, issues relating to public law, economic law, climate governance and social protection on an urban scale.
