Om arbejdsgiveren

In Germany, AREVA GmbH unites numerous key competences in nuclear engineering. These include not only electrical and safety instrumentation and control (I&C) systems, retrofitting and upgrading of nuclear power plants, the development and production of fuel assemblies, and nuclear research but also the decommissioning of nuclear power plants. Our expertise is appreciated globally. Therefore, German nuclear technology is used in projects throughout the world. From Germany, we reliably maintain or extensively upgrade nuclear power plants in our home market and abroad. That is an important contribution towards keeping the plants fit over the long term. In the AREVA GmbH headquarters in Erlangen alone 3,300 employees are working: This makes Erlangen an important engineering site for AREVA. Additional sites are located in Offenbach am Main and Karlstein am Main.
