The Institute for Property Law under the direction of Prof. Dr. Vincent Sagaert and Prof. Dr. Dorothy Gruyaert is part of the Research Unit Private Law. The Institute coordinates teaching assignments concerning property law and carries out research into topics relating to private and public real estate law.
